Think for a Moment (Open mic)

I want you to think for a moment, how some peoples lives would be if people were as disgusted with rape and abuse/harassment as some people are with the menstrual cycle. Excuse me for a second, if you are one of the people previously mentioned then you might want to cover your ears. *Clears throat* The shedding of the lining of the uterus is, in fact, a natural phenomenon. However forcing someone, who may or may not be underage mind you, to have sex with you against their will... is not. I want rapists to write "SEX ME" on their chests, in nice big letters. And then I want them to walk into a decently populated area and to anyone who decides to take them up on the "offer" they have to say, "Sure, sure, no problem," Then after said and done they have to say, "Thank you very very much." And make sure they have a big smile on their face, no matter how forced. Then, then they'll know how their victims feel, and maybe they'll think twice about doing it themselves. I'm talking about both genders, because contrary to popular belief men get raped too, and they get a similar response. "Are you sure?" "Were you drunk?" "Men can't get raped." "Did you ask for it?" "It's not rape if you like it." (It's still freakin' rape and if they wanted it then they wouldn't have reported it, dumb*** -.-) Because apparently "Real men can't get raped." Bull. The simple answer to women being, "boys will be boys." or that she was "asking for it." Guys can control themselves but it's such an uncomfortable topic and situation that to "escape" we blame the lack of self control, in the gender majority of the rapists instead of the rapists themselves. Start going after the real problem, and stop working around them
